Same loop as yesterday. I didn't eat anything last night after the club run and then nothing before the run this morning so I was pretty depleted and pathetic this morning. I really need to clean my diet up for starters and then get into a lot better more consistent pattern. But I guess until I really start to train again there is no point and I'll most likely eat junk today. No watch and that was the best part of the run.

Don't eat too much junk, that can lead to belly fat and even worse than that back fat.

Thats what they should re-name the Clydesdale. The back fat division, nasty! Clyde, I am guessing even with the limited training, you could lay down a pretty crazy time at STG.

Junk food is the only way to go. I think the 2 donuts and bowl of ice cream I have eaten every night the past three nights have been great.
