I finally started to feel better and get this bug out of my body that has been kicking around for the last two weeks. So this morning I thought I'd go outside instead of the treadmill. I'm glad I did. It was a nice morning and I would have only been able to handle around 7 miles inside on the TM.

I did the GS/Power/Watertank/Industrial loop. I just kept it nice and easy and tried to ease into the week. I ended up feeling really good all the way through the run.

7:29 min/mile pace for the run.

I need to hit 67.5 miles for this week and next to hit 4,000 by the end of the year. So most likely just do just that. I may do a little more this week if time permits so I can have it easy next week.

7.2 miles this afternoon before wrestling. Left the high school and headed over to River Road down to the trail. Then over through Bloomington Hills to the trail that goes to the Dixie Center. Then back up to the school. Nice little run. I hit one mile at 5:30 pace just to get the wheels moving and then just ran the rest easy. Whole run was right at 6:30 min/mile pace.

Good to hear you are feeling better and on target to hit some serious mileage by the end of the year.

4,000 nice going. You've had a great year and more to come.

Thanks guys. I hope your not freezing to death up there in the tundra. The name Idaho just sounds cold to me this time of year.
