I finally got out to run again. It was weird walking out the door in short shorts. I thought when I left the house that I'd be dead in one mile but I did the GS tail loop and really felt pretty good. I guess there is a little shape left. The goal for the week is to just get one run (regardless of length) in every day. It's been a few weeks since I've pulled that off. It was simply amazing out on the run. I didn't go until 10 a.m and it just feels like heaven outside. I had the shirt off and while coming down the trail into Middleton I thought "it feels good to be a runner again"! |
