Goose egg today. We had a busy day trying to get out of town. I was a little sore in the hammy area and just to be sure I didn't want to risk anything so blah... nothing today.

Smart move Clyde to listen to your body. Adam RW, Paul, Logan, me and you are getting wiser by cautiously training so that we can get back to a regular training schedule. It's been hard for me as well, but there's other things in life that can occupy our time and give us enjoyment.

Yeah Kory I've really enjoyed not having to train like days of old. Spending time with the baby is great. He's doing really good too.
