DC loop. Was a little tighter than yesterday but I also tried a new insert in my left heel that seemed to raise the foot up and help a little more. So overall another positive run. Didn't get out until after dropping Myler off at school so it was 9:15 or so. Just beautiful for running. Trying to work on ways to keep those hips loose. One things that sucks is doing sit ups or side sit ups seems to be counter productive and knots things up. So my abs and core are really suffering because just as soon as I try and work them out everything starts to hurt again. |
