Back home. It felt good to sleep in my own bed last night and even better to run on my own routes this morning. Hit the B-hills loop this morning. After running up in Torrey it felt great running down here. Legs feel good, lungs feel good, weight continues to be down... Should be a good on coming up... maybe a hot one too!

Hey Clyde I sent you a message on facebook, but not sure if I did it right or not.

I'm not planning on staying at Pine Valley this year. I'm up in Salt Lake today and possibly tomorrow. I think it is going to be pretty busy tomorrow trying to get back home and everything else.

Dave- thanks man.

Dustin- I was just checking for Aaron. He called and wanted to know if we or anyone was staying up there... I told him I'd check. No big deal.
