Around the Knolls and down into Bloomington to the river trail. Then back around B-hills to river road and home. I just tried to keep things easy this morning. No pushing it, no trying to get into a good groove which equals pushing it. My legs were kind of sore and trashed from last Saturdays workout so I needed to kind of run it all out of them this morning. Anyways kept it simple and hit a avg of 7:23 min mile pace. |
