6.8 mile run this afternoon. I ran from my house down through town and over to Snow Canyon High School to watch the cross country meet. But they had moved it up one hour so we missed everything.

Anyways my run was o.k. I don't know how I feel right now- everything feels just a little crazy. It must be the nerves. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone or something. Man I hope this race turns out good.

I wouldn't get too worried Clyde, your training has been great, now all you have to do is go out and enjoy the race. Just get into your rhythm the first half and then use all your experience and past success on the tempo runs to push the last half. You know once you hit the downhills you will be screamin', so just go for it you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Clyde, your going to do great! I'm gonna try and see if I can drag your grumpy grandpa out to the race too! I doubt it but we'll see!

Thanks for attempting to make it over to the race. The kids love the support. No reason for nerves. We are going to fly!

No worries. We should all together for a loosen up the legs run tomorrow for whoever is done there.

I never heard what you guys wanted me to bring tomorrow to the dinner. Give me a call, or I'll call you when we get into town tonight.
