Both runs fall under the easy recovery department. Legs feeling pretty sore and slow from Mondays workout. Hope to run it out this week and be fully recovered by next week for the taper.
Hey maybe a few 80's tunes but none that you mentioned specifically. Or whatever Jayde downloads on the computer so I'm not completely out of it! As far as the "country" goes I can think of a few country songs that I could run to, but since you are the "expert" I'll take your advice and skip it for my runs!
