54.1 mile ride this morning. Out through the fields up to telegraph then on turtle road over to green valley and out to airport and back. Alarm was set for 4:00 but my bladder got me up at 3:28 a.m so it was a EARLY morning for the kid. Road the first 20 miles semi aggressive with Bob before meeting the group. Then the middle 14 or so was really chill and put me behind the clock. So I had to try and hammer the last 20ish to get home on time. 21.1 mph avg

6 mile run after Mik'L got done with her run. Just around the inner B-hills loop and extended through the secret street.  Legs felt pretty spent and I was now low on fuel as I hadn't taken anything the whole ride.

Dude. You've been an animal with those biking/running doubles this week. Nice work!

Watch out Justin, Clyde will be throwing down times like you soon - on the bike and run!

I don't doubt that at all Dave. He's already biking more consistently and faster than me :). I'm going to need to draft behind him at LoToJa.

I'm sure his running is going to come around soon too.

Naw - he's a triathlete now! All that matters is the bike, right Clyde!?

LOL... whateva.

I wish the run would come around... all I want to do is run 90-100 mpw again. It may sound crazy but I miss it like crazy. But it may never... so I'm just doing what I can.

Justin I was talking to one of the guys I ride with and he wants us to be around 9:15 at lotoja? Maybe a little wishful thinking on his end so I'm gonna say 9:25ish if things go good.
