4 miles on the treadmill in the morning 4 miles on the treadmill this evening Ran two miles between 4%-8% incline. Started at 4 then moved up to 6 and then to 8 and back down. Felt pretty good. For some reason I'm about 3-4 pounds fatter this week, so I'll have to work on that. Also got a good workout in at wrestling today working with my 160 lb and 171 lb wrestlers. |
