4 miles on the treadmill 30 min on the elliptical Tried something different today. I've been gonna try adding an extra insert to my right shoe because my right leg is shorter and may be the cause of my pain. So I just grabbed another one out of a random shoe and put it under the existing asics insert and... it seemed to help. I'm not sure it was just random or what but I was able to run with less pain, and faster. Lately I've been around 39-38 min's for 4 miles and today it took 35:45 with less pain. Happy about that. But tried sit ups and side sit ups after and couldn't pull at all on the left side... super sore in the groin, lower back and inner thigh.
