4 miles on the treadmill and then a weight and ab workout. Hamstring was really sore last night and kept me from sleeping. I think what I'll try to do over the rest of the month is do some shorter mileage and more cross training stuff to burn the calories. Also some visits to April and a good chiroprator to try and get my body back to normal. It just sucks that every run I do hurts and I could keep banging my head against the wall with the milage but I'm not sure at this point that it would profit anything. So hopefully in a couple weeks after some TLC I can start building the base again and working into the new year. I'm really frustrated about the whole deal! |
