3 miles in the morning on the treadmill

5 miles tonight after dark up around the golf course

Tonight it was dark but the temp was still pretty nice so I had to break away from my treadmill and get outside.

Running felt good. Body is still sore from wrestling.

Hey are you going to try and run the 10miler this weekend? No tournaments this weekend right?

From loaboy on Wed, Jan 24, 2007 at 17:35:32

Did you learn to run fast by runnin' from the authorities over in wayne county?

From Superfly on Wed, Jan 24, 2007 at 20:50:58

I'm not sure about the 10 miler this weekend. I didn't know about it. We'll have to see- I may be doing a project in my back yard.

Loaboy- No I did not get fast running from the authorities in Wayne county. They had better things to do with a the other kids. Besides they couldn't catch me if they wanted to. They wouldn't know where to look for starters.
