6.5 miles around the paved GS loop. It was raining and I got soaked on the run today. I knew the trails would be a muddy mess so I opted to say on the roads. I also wanted a little shorter run today as I'm way ahead of my milage goal for the week. My brain thinks that if we are "running" then we should just do 80-100 miles a week. But the body needs time to work through some issues so I have to keep things in check. I'm feeling as good as I could ask with only minor hamstring pain. I'll see what a single run of 12 or so miles does to it tomorrow... |
