26.2 mile ride this morning. Left with the intentions of going about 50 but within about 3 I could tell something was up. Really struggled to get the peddles to go round. Just felt totally bonked and by the time I got out by the dump road I just turned around. It was the hardest and slowest ride I've gone on so far. 18.1 mph avg. Legs had nothing. 10.2 mile run. Got home way earlier than normal and started to to yard work out in the darkness at around 5:35 a.m. Did that for about a half hour and just kept getting more and more frustrated with the results of my morning ride. So I finally just decided to try a run. It seemed too hard for a few miles and then it felt doable by the end. But the whole system is in recovery mode. I got way too dehydrated yesterday and now I can't recover.
