Around the Knolls, through B-hills and over to the DC restrooms (6 miles out) and then back. This was the first run in days after being really sick last week. I felt fresh for sure but very rusty or whatever you want to call it. It took just over 8 miles until my pretty, tall Ryan Hall look-a-like stride surfaced. Before that my form was all over the place. Felt good to get out but it was cold... kind of a inversion STG style. Looking forward to spring.

Yeah, until someone from Fairbanks, Alaska, joins, I think we have the lock on cold and crappy winter running (emphasis on cold). But our summers are great (though we still complain about 90 deg days being too hot).
