16.1 mile run this morning with Logan and Dave. Bill and Mike started out with us and then we split. Loop up into Coral Canyon and back. 6:45 min/mile pace for the run. Very nice running with those guys and getting out this morning. Even though Dave said it was 22 degrees or something before we started. It soon warmed and was quit nice. Now we are off to Vegas to watch the bowl game BYU vs. UCLA part II. It should be fun and cold.

I didn't know you were a zoo fan?

Lucky! I got to watch the very end of the game to see BYU win by one point! Did you storm the field with the other fans?

That was a fun game! We just got back. I don't know about you but I stormed the field. It was pretty awesome!

Nice run and I am glad your ankle is feeling better.

The game was o.k. Since ESPN had it on TV there was way too many TV time outs. But it was a fun finish. I didn't storm the field. I stormed our nice hotel room with a cold smoothie and hot bath in the big tub.
