25 F outside this morning at 6:15 when I joined Paul for the run. It sounds worse than it actually was. I really never was cold. We hit an extended B-hills loop in 1:15:10. It was a good run. Looking forward to being able to continue to improve my base fitness.

5.4 miles this evening. I had a Subway hours ago but for some reason I was on the line of barfing it out the entire run. I should know better... Subway just doesn't sit right with me and running. So because of the stomach drama the run was a lot harder than it needed to be.

Dang, 25 is a heat wave! When I got out to work today, it said -4F on the thermometer...no lunch run again today!

Keep up the running and improvement!

But if it wasn't for Subway I wouldn't have the funniest running story of my life...

From Jon on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 23:15:21 from 75.169.150.180

Subway is my pre-run meal of choice...

Adam, is that story from Del Sol?

From Adam RW on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 23:39:03 from 24.10.175.42

Yes. That still has to be the hardest I have ever laughed. Though 90% of the funny is in the way Clyde tells the story.

Which way?

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Scott and Jeff.

Jon- Yes it was from Del Sol. From face value Subway is my fav pre run meal too. But for some reason it causes big problems sometimes. I think one reason is that I just inhale the sandwich... taking way too big of bites. That might be the real prob.

Adam-It wasn't as funny when it happened. Hot, stingy barf coming through my mouth and nose. I blew my nose later and half an olive came out wrapped in a piece of turkey.
