11 mile morning loop. Up through the industrial park to the water tank and then looped around GS back home. I miss calculated my timing because when I got the water tank (4.5 miles in to the run) it was still dark. So once I hit the trail going was slow until I could see better. Nice way to start the day. The weather is misty and wet out... but a little warmer than the day before. 5 more miles on the treadmill after wrestling practice. After a mile warm up I did one of the miles at 12% incline and then brought it back down before I passed out. I'll call that my hill workout for the month. In all seriousness I need to start getting a good hill workout in once a week. |
