Felt horribly tired and trashed all day so I kept putting the run off. Finally got out this afternoon and decided to run over to the club run. I got there and no one else showed. So I ran down around the Bloomington loop and then back up and home. I did the first couple nice and easy to warm up then kind for just settled into a smooth but driven pace. I had the ipod in for the first time in like 8 months and it seems to spark my legs up. Anyways I ended up hitting an avg of 6:43 for the run and thats with the warm up and cool down. Nothing major but a start of the cycle to bring the motion back. |
