Middle B-hills loop. It was 48 F this morning. The first time in the 40's since spring. This weather is just one week too late. The run felt great other than the potty stop in a porta by a new home under construction. However mentally every time I run now I start getting angry and sad about last Saturday. I have a million "why's" that need answering in my mind.

Clyde, you do the same thing that I do when I have a real bad round of golf, I go over every little shot in my head over and over again until it just ticks me off!!! But I have learned over the years that the only way to correct the mistakes is to work and practice harder and concentrate and take nothing for granted. Its always good to evaluate what went wrong learn form it and then move on. I have been so prepared for a lot of tournaments going in to only find that I shoot myself out of it in the first few holes and there's really no reason for it, sometimes its just not my day.

Have a good weekend.

I hear ya on shooting your self out in the first holes... that's how I golf.

Speaking of golf I get to play the new Kokapelli GC out by Hurricane today for free. I'll let you know how it is.
