38.4 mile ride. Cooler but very very humid today. I sweat my butt off and then some. I road the Look again today to see if it was just yesterday that was slow... still the same. I just can't get going on that thing. It's a size or so big and set up way off my mark. Oh well it was worth a shot but I still need a bike. 19.8 mph avg. 

7 mile run after. Overcast kept it nice and I love the smell of fresh rain. Looking forward to only running tomorrow.
