Stayed in Walnut Ca so I ran around there. Ended up over by Mt. Sac and on some dirt trails. Messed around a while then came back. Super slow as the hip really started to hurt... everything else was achy too. A pretty good run at the park too. After we got to Six flags we ran (hard) to every big ride during the first hour of entry. Because of that we got to ride the good stuff before any real lines formed. But it was a killer workout... honestly only two of us made it through the whole loop and we were dripping with sweat. |
