Normal loop. Like yesterday when I first rolled out of bed there was no way I was going to run today. But after a hour or so of moving around I felt like doing it. The run went ok. I'm still really sore in the quads. Not a sharp pain like after a marathon. It's more of a constant rumbling all throughout... also the hammy hurt a little 2.5 or so on the pain scale. So I'm looking forward to working this soreness out of the legs this week so I can have one more solid week of training next week before the Squaw Peak 50 on June 6. |
