Good early morning run with the old guys. Logan got the party started when he showed up with a combo of Ace Ventura/ Snoop dog perm hair. Lots of laughs and a beautiful morning out with Stephen even joining. Hip felt pretty good during the run but since has been tight. I'll have to continue with nightly stretching and rolling out with a ball sessions just to stay in the game.
