Went to Club and ran with James and Haydo. James and I did a mile before Hayden showed and then we all did the Bloomington loop. I barley made it back to the restrooms before having to go BIG #2. Wow it was a stressful moment wondering if I'd make it back.

Jon I think we have a similar diet or the same stomach.... or at least a combo of the two.
