I'm kind of flaking out here. Just can't get the body to do what I want. I'll keep looking to the future...

On a brighter note it was amazing in STG today. It said it was 74 degrees at my house at 1:30 p.m.  I golfed 9 holes with my uncle Dave and I wore shorts and was hot! We did walk but not bad for February?

Man those dang hammies, this is what usually gives you grief right? I think it would be wise to have someone look at you form and see if that is what is causing this problem. I just don't know of anyone down in SG that does that. You can ask around. Maybe a sports specialist or something like that. You may need to look into orthotics or something like that.

When something keeps getting injured it is usually biomachanics.

Thanks for the comment man. Your comments the other day have inspired my to try to go sub 2:40 at Boston. I might as well try right? Even if I die off the last few miles, I can still hit 2:45, which is what my original goal was anyways.

Hey super Clyde, I like that facial growth on your upper lip! Dude if you golf every day you may just.... Think of the possibilities. Do you think Golfers are athletes? Smile and enjoy the sun!

Sounds like a fun day to me Clyde, I need to get my butt down there and get some sun & burgers!

Hang in there Clyde...

Thanks guys!

Josse-The problem is that my hamstrings don't keep getting injured... they have just never got better to begin with. It's been over a year since they originally started to hurt and sometimes I've just been able to deal with the pain better and run through it. Or sometimes they hurt a little more intense than others I guess.

Now with the injury my form is jacked up. I compensate for it and then other things start to ache.

So I guess the wise thing to do would be to not run on it until it was all the way healed- but I don't know if I'll ever make it that far.

Bill- If I golf every day the only possibility is that I'd go broke! It was over 20 bucks to walk 9 holes at Dixie Red Hills. Winter rates suck down here!

Greg- You can do it and then after you do it will set you up for a nice sub 2:30 at STG this year.

Clay- Get your butt down here. But there is going to be a In and Out up there now I heard.

Golf can definitely be an expensive hobby. I was checking rates at a few courses when we go to Maui this summer, and let's just say I probably won't be doing any golfing. Most places it was over $60 just to rent clubs.

Hope the leg gets better.

How many more days until the baby is here?

I will pray for you!

That tells me that it is something you are going to have to actively do. You are not going to be able to sit around and let it heal. I would go see a PT, chiropractor (I wish you could come and see Dr. Brady up here) or some sports specialist and see what they suggest. My best bet is that your hips are extreamly off causing a consent pull on that hamstring. I would work on getting your core strong, back extentions too. This helps stabilize the hips. A PT can help with other exercises. Man I feel for you, sometimes you just want to give it all up but that pavement just calls.

Dustin- I always take my clubs when we travel. Playing on vacation is a must. Playing in Hawaii and the Bahamas was some of my favorite golfing ever!

Nate- I need them...

Josse- Thanks thats some really good info. I've kind of suspected the hip being off.
