Just could not get out of bed this morning so I had to get all the miles in this afternoon.

Left my house and went up to the new on ramp in Washington then over it up to the water tank that over looks the freeway above Coral. Then made my way down that mesa to the main road and ran it down into Washington and turned north to go under the freeway and then back home.

Didn't push it at all- just want to get some miles in the next few weeks.

Week goal is 80 or so.

Good start - Are you planning a long run this week?

From Sasha Pachev on Tue, Feb 13, 2007 at 12:24:59

Good work. It would be interesting to know what kind of shape you are in. Can you sometime go to the start of St. George marathon and run three timed miles down pretending you are racing a half or 15 K?

Clyde - remind me, when is wrestling over?

Clyde - remind me, when is wrestling over?

Dave- I may do a long run...and am for sure going to do a 15.

Steve- Wrestling is over now

Sasha- I don't get what you want me to do... Just time any three miles or the down hill ones, or the first three? You'll have to fill me in brother.

Clyde - run the first three miles of the St. George marathon at about 15 K effort, so that would be from the start to mile marker three if you can find it. If not, just use The Toy.

I saw those. Not necessary to stoked about the color scheme. But we can just turn them dirt red anyway.
