Through the Knolls and over to the golf course restroom and then back. I decided to restructure my running program as of today. I'd like to drop about 7lbs and for the last month or so it just won't come off... and I just don't want to eat good. So I'm going to start running doubles again. It seems a run in the morning and evening helps my body really get fit... No I'm not going to be increasing the mileage to high volume but rather just the frequency. So in a nutshell like 6-8 miles in the morning and 4-6 miles in the evening. I'll try this for a couple weeks and see how the hammy holds up. It might get a little tweaked with me running STGM in a couple weeks and going to Moab for a mt bike weekend this week but overall thats the new goal.

Did my little auto pilot loop around the GC this evening for some always on the run miles. I felt good... better than avg I guess. Hit the first two miles at around 7:30 then kind of kicked it in and just focused on really good form. Then avg 6:55 for the run. Hitting the last mile up from the gas station under 6 min's. Hopefully this wont trash the system for the week cuz I've got a lot going.

Good luck with the doubles. I need to find some program to drop about 10 pounds.

Thanks Dustin... This isn't the smartest time to start doubles but they sure do work with trimming off the back fat:)
