Nice cool morning for a run. I looped down around Flying J and over to the restrooms at the DC for a pit stop then back through B-hill and home. I'm still trying to shake out some major soreness in the legs. Actually the whole body is sore. Bi's, Tri's, Lats, and then the inner quad on the leg is super sore. I guess thats what I get for riding on the Sabbath.

Anyways the run was good and about 5 into it I finally loosened up good enough to enjoy the run. Came home and weeded the garden. We finally have some tomatoes, pumpkin, and peas coming on! How exciting. The corn isn't far behind. I planted it all on the 22nd of Aug.

Was going to run this evening but it was too windy and I hate running in the wind.

Clyde, all the fellas in that sub 3 group should want you as sore as possible and yes you know why, lol! If you get some free time lets hit the course for sure.

Maybe that's my problem. I'm feeling so stiff because all my runs are currently less than 5 mi just not enough distance to loosen up :)

Have fun this weekend...
