Just relaxing today in Moab. We will have to drive home at around 6 or 7 p.m. that will take about four and a half hours...so I will be getting home late. It rained here ALL night last night. I think that storm soaked the southern part of the state- finally. The La Sal mountains behind Moab were covered in snow this morning. Snow! I guess summer is starting to die off. We'll get the best weather of the year in St. George from now until the first part of December. Then it gets a little cool for about two months, then good again until May.

I only was planning on 90 last week but my long run ended up being a little longer than planned. This week is 70-80 and then whatever next week.
