A nice little family workout this morning. I loaded up the jogging stroller and Mik'L's bike and we went down and did the river trail. I pushed Myler and Mik'L road along side. It was really nice out- no wind and perfect temps. Myler did the usual and slept almost the whole trip. I felt really good and dispite pushing the jogger we still cruised along at around 7:20 pace. I felt some small hammy pain when I'd start going a little faster- but then I'd just slow down and felt really good again. Anyways a good little outing... maybe next time we can bring the dogs! As I just finished off the month of April with 252 mils for the month.... last year in April I had 440... it seems like a different world.
