6.3 miles this morning up around GS and long through Middleton. The massive chunk of Halibut that I grilled up last night only caused minor stomach drama this morning. Work again today... bummer. I guess it keeps my mind occupied and free from stressing out.

tapering is tough. Don't work to hard! when you going up (Friday!)

Hey, good luck in Ogden!! I am very excited to see how it goes for you. Enjoy the trip and have a blast!!

We have to come up with a taper madness charm :) I find blogging over the top helps distract me. Oh wait that just makes me think about running, oops. I think the best would be to find random people to tell your Del Sol stories to. That will help distract you. Have fun this weekend!

Adam, I think a few of Clyde's more memorable Del Sol stories would probably NOT help him relax for the race...

From Adam RW on Thu, May 15, 2008 at 09:58:12

That or they'd get him arrested for terrorizing random people ("Which way are you going."). However, for me they are some of the stories I've laughed the hardest to and laughter cures all...

True, true.

Guys right now the thought of a relaxed relay sounds like Christmas. Oh I can't wait for Ogden to be over and then I can just have fun puking on girls at WBR.
