12.3 mile morning loop. Regular overpass loop for the most part. My stomach had 2 too many lasagna servings sitting in it from Sunday afternoon. So that made for some nice memories.

Marathon morning around town on the bike. Not really too many miles just the time it took at the stops. Finally home at 2 p.m.

10.4 miles on the bike = 2.6 miles of easy running.

9 mile run tonight with the club. Weather was picture perfect. A small rain on the first few miles and then just a very pleasant evening. We don't get this too much in STG. I ran a few more miles today than I had planned but due to the lovely weather I couldn't help myself.

Makin' Memories!

From Mother in Law on Tue, Jul 15, 2008 at 03:08:01

Clyde,

Do you want to run in a Marathon in China this November?....maybe it's too close to the St. George Marathon?

The Hangzhou International Marathon starts at Dragon Stadium and goes around the famous West Lake. I will find out the date if you are interested.

Let me know if any of your other running friends want to go and we can set up a trip. If not this year, maybe in 2009.

Good luck with your training. Take good care of your wife and Izzy and Zoe.

Good luck this weekend!

Clyde,

I will be your friend if I could run in China this year. If not this year, next year will be fine! Serious, this would be a ton of fun.

Ilene- If your buyin then I'm flyin. Other wise it will most likely be next year. If you can put some realistic numbers together then maybe I could try and get a few runners together...
