12.2 mile morning run. Every run was a out and back run up on the mountain. I just went on the same road back up to the main road and followed it until the garmin said 6.1 and then I tried to come back faster to negative split the run. The hamstrings are very sore from the speed workout on Monday with Logan so it takes about 6 or so miles every day to warm-up. (Blue Stratus) 8 mile run this afternoon. Same as yesterday. I feel like I'm working like a dawg in this elevation- but mostly all the uphill running. (Red Stratus 377.7)
