| | Surprisingly, my legs had more pop than expected considering it's a Monday. My shoulders and arms felt really tight for the first mile or so of my run, but they seemed to loosen up after that. My feet are still adjusting to the pressure these Peg 34's put on my feet. When my second mile was a 6:25, I had to consciously focus on relaxing because I didn't want to run that fast today. 6:37 average with a solid last mile. My left IT band and knee really started to hurt while elevating my legs after the run though.

| | Clear mind and skies, felt great. Especially the first couple of miles where I was taking it fairly easy. I was happy to be out there this morning. 6:43 average.

| | Twas a morning where I mixed things up some. Ran up and did the three mile loop, then over to Adams Park, and then hit up the Canyon Road trail. Wasn't sure how the bowels would hold up, but they did well. My feet hurt initially, but they always loosen up and don't bother me by the end of my runs. 6:40 average, and I couldn't tell through my breathing how hard the effort was at times. Excited as I'm noticing an increase in fitness, not sure when I'm going to race or do anything competitive though.

| | I thought my bowels would hold up better based on my pre-run poop, but my body proved otherwise, which kind of destroyed the last four miles of my run. I had between 6:30 and 6:40 pace pretty locked in for the most part and it felt fairly comfortable, but once the poop set in, I abandoned the thoughts of how fast I was going and was completely focused on surviving, because I was pretty confident the closest porta-potty wasn't until Inovation campus. I barely made it, and then kind of just jogged in the last little bit. It was still quality time on the feet this morning though.

| | A little rainy this morning, so it took me a little longer to get ready as I had to track down my band-aids and what not. Took things pretty easy today, so nothing felt too bad. The shoes are still bothering my feet initially in the way they put pressure on the top of my foot. 6:54 average.

| | Ran with Erich Olschewski around Mantua. It was nice to run in the light, but the rain was interesting. We got pummelled the last 6 miles or so, including some hail. My feet didn't bother me really, which was encouraging. Felt really good today. Averaged 6:23s, which was honestly a pretty true average as we were around there for most of the run. It honestly felt quite comfortable for me. The last couple of miles it was hard to keep the legs rolling because they were so cold though.
