| | Ran four miles on the trails by myself to get in a decent aerobic effort. I did those at 7 minute pace, which is moderate effort on the trails. I then did the full 7 miles out and back with Zach and Jeff as some nice recovery to get the legs and body back in check. Easy running at 9 minute pace.

| | Ran in the good old kinvaras today. Mile and a half warmup, followed by some light dynamic stretching, drills, and two strides. Then started into 2x2miles with 4 minute recoveries going 11:26 and 10:58. I originally had planned on doing another rep of 2 miles, but based on how my legs felt I decided to break it into two one mile reps because I still wanted to try and hit my paces. I went 5:18 and 5:17, just slower than I would have liked, but I couldn't really get my legs to go any faster. I was breathing pretty good on that last rep as well. Other than my legs struggling some and the speed being a bit of a shock to the system, I was pretty happy with how it went overall. Mile cooldown.

| | Legs were pretty tired and sore this morning, so didn't try and do anything crazy. Ran my Hooper/Clinton loop backwards to avoid any back to school traffic. Nothing hurt enough to be concerned over. 6:41 average.

| | Back in Logan, and I felt the slightly higher altitude difference. Ran up and met Tom for a few easy miles. Legs were a little tired this morning and it took a while to get them going. Ended up averaging 6:43s, with the last three miles under 6:30, so I still somewhat had a progression. Upper body also a little sore from push ups yesterday.

| | AM 6.3 mile trail adventure up to Naomi Peak and back. Pretty good climb going up and easy running coming down. Beautiful views up at the top, unfortunately Tom lost his phone. 13:28 average for that run with the hills.
PM 3.8 miles at 6:50 average with a neighbour of mine that isn't in the best of shape. We were bouncing around between like 6 flat and 7:15s the whole run, which I could handle but he was killing himself, haha. Things felt good. Very pleased overall with this week and that my legs don't feel shot. Sleep helps
