4 miles along the beach in Lincoln City. Pretty cool opportunity. something I've never done

Ran 4 miles ish in Warrenton. I went out at normal pace. I decided it wasn't a long run so I might as well push it. I figure I probably ran at least the last third sub 6 minute pace. My back hurt but it felt good

Easy day in Portland. I ran to the Community College and they had a nice track hidden in the trees. I mostly ran around the technical trails next to it. I did a couple 200s at the end and they weren't that fast. I think it might have been a 440 track

Felt not so great. Back home at altitude in the middle of the day heat. Ran around bingham park. BAck hurt at first. 6:50 pace felt so hard
