It was way too hot today. I tried to make it an easy run, but I can't do that on my own I'm learning. I was still struggling quite a bit today. The breathing feels harder than I feel like it ought to, but I'm not sure. My ankle tendonitis was bothering me a little in the second mile, but it went away. I took one quick break to stretch out the shins and calves. 66min 45sec total time. After my feet muscles on the outside tightened up and I could hardly walk, but it's loosened up now.
Did some stability work after.
