I'm not dealing with life very well right now, and the lack of sleep is starting to take a toll on my body a little. I ran five miles in the rain which was nice. I was not going fast at all, which was frustrating. My legs weren't ready to run fast today either.. I did two strides on the outdoor track after. I also stretched and did some abs..
I'm just having faith things will work out tomorrow. I've just got to not get frustrated with anything between now and then.
