Marathon - 4:19 (Tulsa Route 66 Nov. 2006)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Would love to eventually break 23 minutes for a 5K...or even around 22 minutes. That may entail some weight loss on my part. Planning on another half in November...and hope to break my PR.

Ran 3.25 this morning with my wife. Time was around 34 minutes. Best weather in months...about 70s degrees...light wind and low dewpoints.

Ran another mile in 7:25...then a slow .25 back to the car.

Dewpoints are were its at! The runners I work with all have their different formulas (T+Td) for comfort. Anything around over 160 gets tough for me.
