Ran a mile today.  Everything felt good.  Hopefully I'll be up to 3 miles soon.  I am so much slow now.  10 minute miles.  But it feels good to be able to run again.

Ran one mile at slow 10 minute pace.  Ran the last half mile at 8 minute pace.  After last year's crappy health year, it feels so good to run at 8 minute pace again, even if its just for a little while.  Makes me feel like my old self.

Ran first 1.25 at 10 minutes pace. .75 at 8 minute pace.  Leg is getting stronger.

I've been running every night in my dreams.  Seriously.  I must be a crazy runner.  Just counting down till I can run again.  This baby should be done cooking in about 74 days.  Hopefully I can start up again after a few weeks.

My last race was Ogden Half in 2009.  Between injuries and pregnancy, it has been so long!  I am getting so anxious to train and race again.

I watched my husband run his first half this weekend.  I was proud of him.  And a little envious that he can run and I can't.  But I wouldn't trade this baby for anything.
