Ran on the mill today. Did an inerval/hill workout. Ran 2 warm up. Then did 10x400s and alternated hills and speed. Recovered with a 400 jog at 8:00 pace in between. Did 5 400s at 6:49 pace on a 6.0 incline. Also did 5 400s at 6:07 pace on 1.0 incline. .5 cool down.
