Married with three kids
Ran on mill. Did mile warm up then 2 x2 mile intervals. Did two miles at 6:35 pace-then 800 jog-then two more at 6:35 pace. Felt tired today.
4 easy miles around 9 minute pace.
Ran on the mill. Warmed up then did 10x400s with 400 jog in between. pace was 6 minute pace. Feeling very tired this week. (I think 400 intervals are easier to do on the track than the mill)
Did tempo run outside today yeah!!! Ran 6 miles-splits were 7:21, 7:07, 6:27, 6:34, 6:41, 6:39. avg pace was 6:48 pace-felt pretty good. .5 cool down
