Ran for the first time today since the marathon. (wanted to take a little break) This run felt awful. I wasn't sore, but my body was physically mentally exhausted. (you would think 9 days would be enough of a break) Anyhoo, I did 5 slower than 8 minute pace and was tired....not sure what to train for...I am one who needs motivation to train. Anyway hopefully next run is better. |
