Run a couple of half and full marathons. Would love to run a 2:45 marathon.

Track workout.. 2 mile warm up then 6x800s at target pace of 2:56... 400 jog in between. (Kept jog at 8 minute pace) splits were 2:58, 2:58, 2:51, 2:52, 2:56, 2:54... Wow, splits were kind of all over. First 2 slow, next 2 fast... Not sure why I was struggling to hit these right on pace.... I guess I am used to running these quite a bit faster so maybe it is throwing me off-but I will do what coach tells me to do...

2 mile wu, 2 cd. Did 5 miles at Marathon pace on the 200 meter loop around Dustin park. Splits were 6:22, 6:236, 6:22, 6:23 6:17. Felt much more comfortable than last week, but pace still seemed fast for mp.
