Track workout.. 2 mile warm up then 6x800s at target pace of 2:56... 400 jog in between. (Kept jog at 8 minute pace) splits were 2:58, 2:58, 2:51, 2:52, 2:56, 2:54... Wow, splits were kind of all over. First 2 slow, next 2 fast... Not sure why I was struggling to hit these right on pace.... I guess I am used to running these quite a bit faster so maybe it is throwing me off-but I will do what coach tells me to do... |
