Did an interval run on the mill. Ran 8x400s with a 400 jog in between. All of these were on a 1.0 incline. I ran the first 4 at 10.3 mph or 5:50 pace. The next 3 I ran at 10.5 mph or 5:44 pace. The last one was at 5:35 pace. Did .25 cool down.
Felt pretty good. I haven't done anything very fast yet-and I think it would be beneficial to include more of these short fast workouts into my running also. |
