Got up early and did 5x800s with 200 jog (2:10 rest) in between. My splits were surprisingly faster than I expected them to be considering it has been 3 weeks since any major speed due to the tapering for the moab half. Anyway- splits were 2:53, 2:49, 2:47, 2:47 and 2:42

Did a tempo run on the mill today-wnted to do it outside but it was waaay tooo rainy. Anyhoo-splits were 6:40, 6:37, 6:31, 6:31, 6:25 and 6:10. (avg 6:28 pace) was a little tired-but felt pretty good for the most part.

Did a 12.5 progression run on the mill today. (couldn't make it outside) ANyway- ran the first mile easy then miles 2-7 at 7:30 pace, then started picking the pace up. Miles 8-12 were 7:16, 6:49, 6:44, 6:40, 6:31. I am now very tired from this run-(long runs take the most out of me-esp when I pick up the pace)
